SHIPPING
- Standard National Delivery Method – U.S .Priority Mail - $4.75
- Standard International Delivery Method is Priority Mail International - $19.00 (plus insurance)
- Order fulfillment/transit time 5-10 days
- You will be informed by email if an item is back ordered and notified of the expected shipping date
- Your Credit Card will be charged when the order is ready to ship

RETURNS
Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt of jewelry:
- Jewelry must be in original packaging and without signs of wear or damage.
- Returns must have a Return Authorization #.
- Please email info@sweetpeasilver.com for a Return Authorization #.
- Your account will be credited when we receive the returned jewelry.
- Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Please contact us for a return authorization number and we will give you the shipping address for returns. After the merchandise has been returned in new condition we will credit your credit card. Shipping charges are not refunded. We will not accept back jewelry that has been worn or damaged do to misuse. We cannot be held responsible for items returned without a return authorization number.
After 7 days, returns will only be accepted for manufacturer's defect. Return Authorization # required.
CARE
All of Sweet Pea Silver jewelry is made of .925-sterling silver. Many pieces are then hand colored with resin enamel. The exposed silver can be cleaned, following instructions of product, with any silver polish. We also offer polishing clothes to conveniently keep your jewelry looking shiny & new.
